RHINO Poetry *Graphic* Reviews & Projects
RHINO Reviews is pleased to present its Graphic Issue, guest-edited and curated by RHINO associate editor, poet, and graphic poet/artist, Naoko Fujimoto.
“In this second annual issue of non-traditional poetry book reviews, we encourage you to explore the unknown space outside the boundaries. Nine poets responded to our invitation to create visual reviews; two of them used animation. The results were phenomenal. Witness their imaginative sparks as together we continue to build a diverse poetic nation.”

#RHINOArt2Art
An Ongoing Celebration of RHINO’s Online Archives
RHINO Poetry continues its commitment to diversity in voices and perspectives in our journal, our reviews, and our community outreach activities. We seek to amplify voices that may be silenced or underrepresented in the literary landscape. To celebrate the brilliant poets who have graced Rhino with their work over the years, we invite the artistically inclined among our readers to create art for poems in Rhino’s online archive, with a particular focus on—but not limited to—work by writers of color. Responding to art with art fosters important conversations and opens a window to new ideas and perspectives.

RHINO Poetry 2020
Given the extraordinary challenges of our time, and to celebrate the spring release of our beautiful new 2020 issue, we have set aside as many of our new RHINOs as we can to release into the wild for only $7.00, including free shipping (for U.S. customers).
Because we believe poetry can be a source of comfort, company, solace, and helpful provocation, we want to bring to as many people as possible the work of Mary Jo Bang, Luisa Caycedo-Kimura, Kabel Mishka Ligot, Chloe Martinez, Natasha Saje, Maureen Seaton, Mark Wagenaar, and so many others. This issue also features eight poems in translation, as well as original graphics by RHINO editor Naoko Fujimoto.
